These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Aidol Platform, our software-as-a-service offering made available through our website (the "Service").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE AIDOL PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

1. Definitions

  • "Aidol Platform" means the AI video generation and interactive media services provided by Aidol.
  • "Customer Avatar" means a model created through the Platform based on Seed Files submitted by you.
  • "Seed Files" means the video, audio, or other materials submitted by you for the purpose of training a Customer Avatar.
  • "Output" means the generated video or audio files created by the Platform.

2. Access and Use

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Aidol grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Aidol Platform for your internal business or personal purposes.

  • Account: You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Restrictions: You may not (a) reverse engineer the Platform; (b) use the Platform to build a competitive product; or (c) use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the Seed Files and other content you upload. You grant Aidol a license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you and to improve our AI models.
  • Aidol IP: Aidol retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Aidol Platform, including all underlying software, technology, and AI models.

4. User Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the necessary rights and consents (including consents from any individuals depicted in Seed Files) to use the content you upload.
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDOL DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
